I had just had the frame painted a week ago, so Scott very carefully removed the frame so as not to damage the wood, put the door back in, and the frame back together. Then. he calked it AND repainted it - you can’t even tell he did the repair! My pocket door works beautifully and my door frame looks perfect! "He did the tasks that I had agreed to and most were OK however he was unable to properly repair the cartridge in a shower faucet and we finally agreed to a partial refund, which he made promptly. We then had to contract with a licensed plumber to properly fix the broken faucet. Also, the townhome that he was working on is occupied by family members in another state and I tried on multiple occasions to have him prepare a receipt for me for tax purposes which I have yet to receive. Apparently, he had some issues with a family member that took his time and I understand that but in general, it is hard to work with someone from several hundred miles away."
