"NGL was very attentive to detail throughout the project. The crew are artists - creating curves around tree trunks and some planting beds, which require that each stone on the curve be cut, but the results are gorgeous. The walls to terrace the yard had to deal with a slope, so a "swoop" was constructed that draws your eye and keeps the wall at appropriate height. Steep front yard grass removed and garden soil installed in newly terraced areas. Really like the choice of pavers - including a dark gray border and dark capstones on walls. Work done ahead of schedule, all old concrete, timbers and bricks removed, no surprises, very nice people."

A few days later he and his guys were out digging, rain or shine, to begin leveling out the agreed upon area. "Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. Sergio excavated and leveled it to create two huge terraces with a beautiful split wood fence at the top of each retaining wall. In total, it was over 250 feet of retaining wall and fence. He also applied topsoil and seeding our new lawn. His attention to detail is impeccable, and he understood what I wanted out of the space.
