"Jeff offered to come to the house to give me a quote for stretching the carpet in 3 rooms of my house. He recommended using a steamer on my stairs in order to get a good stretch. No one else offered that service. Jeff came over sooner than anticipated and had the job done in 2 1/2 hours. I was extremely satisfied with his work. He was very personable and was able to give me advise on care for my carpet. I will certainly use McFarland and Son Flooring again. Will also pass on a recommendation to anyone I know that needs carpet or floor work."
