"I checked ROC before hiring them. There are 2 revoked licenses under slightly different names that didn't show up in the search. My livingroom, dining room & hall were being refinished so I took the dogs and checked into a hotel for a few days. After I got back, I found a hole in the floor where there hadn't been one before. There were several small repairs that hadn't been done. I contacted Larry and he said they'd be out on Monday to make the repairs. On Monday, Bobby called and said their buffer had torn out part of the floor. He said it was better to let the floor cure for a week and he'd be out in a week. One week later, no Bobby, no Larry, no repair. They had no intention of fixing their damage. For 6 weeks I contacted Larry. For 6 weeks Larry lied and said they'd be out. For 6 weeks, they blew me off. These people have no integrity. They didn't complete all of the repairs in the first place and damaged the floor even more. They lied about fixing the damage they caused. "

"This was hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor. While the initial response and quote were quick, everything after that was a complete disappointment. Worker reliability and workmanship were inconsistent, and the overall professionalism of the job fell far below expectations. Issues arose that should not have happened in the first place. Although the owner responded when concerns were raised, it often felt reactive rather than proactive. I was left having to follow up repeatedly to address problems that should have been managed internally. The most unacceptable part was what happened after the job was completed. Not even one full business day had passed before I was hit with a barrage of calls, texts, and emails demanding payment ? including threats of late fees.
