"The young man that came to see my missing shingles on my roof, was professional, informed, and polite. The only issue was that the company does NOT conduct repair as I needed. The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. I called her back but instead spoke to gentleman on the phone - he insisted in getting my "husband's information" when he was getting my information - I asked him if that mattered and he said he likes to get all of the information for "decision makers" from the beginning. I did not provide that info but nonetheless he sent his workers to arrange estimate on 7/24 for roofing repairs. Was told they would suggest to owner to send both a quote for repairs and full roof replacement. Put tarps over damaged areas to keep additional leaks from happening. ($195.00) Never got a quote from them. Messaged them multiple times and never heard back. The workers that came out to inspect the roof were great but never got a quote to get any other work done."

I reached out to another roofing company and it took them two weeks to respond. I missed the call and attempted to call them back. Once again, they did not pick up or return my phone call. I called and not only did the receptionist pick up the phone, but she was able to schedule someone to come out a few days later. Antonio came out and assessed my roof. He found that roof was not damaged, but was able to find the source of the water damage.
