Within an hour Tom had contacted me and gathered all the general information. The other two companies never responded at all. The next day Wes showed up and inspected our roof and ceilings. He took photographs and covered everything with me. The next day Tom sent me some of the photos saying it looked like a great opportunity for homeowners insurance to cover some of the damage. I had not even considered that. Tom walked me through the insurance claim and also dealing with the insurance company which was not always easy. In the end insurance covered practically everything. The work was flawless by the crews who worked on my house. New roof, new vinyl siding with fascia and trim. New gutters. My house completely transformed. Bob the Builder is Amazing!"

We decided to give home genius a try with the free estimate. Caleb inspected out roof inside and out and found cracked Boards (not surprising for a 122 year old house) and explained what HG would do for repairs bad new shingles in a way that was easy tomunndersstandvsnccgavevus a quote well under what I expected to pay. It was hard not to pass the deal Up so we went with the quote. Thinking it would be weeks before they started the job I was surprised when Devan the project manager called and said a crew would be out the next day. Sure enough they were and within 10â hours everything was completed. Watching the workers go at it, they did and installed everything Caleb and Devan said would happen. "What a welcome surprise to find a company that actually values quality & customer service!! This was the best possible experience we could have imagined! Not only did Mike show up on time to examine our roof for any storm damage, but he also came back to meet with the insurance adjusters to explain his findings & answer their questions. Chuck put together a fair & competitive contract that met the insurance guidelines. Once the contract was signed, Mike was here everyday to supervise the project. The roofers showed up on time, every day, working a 10-12 hour day to make sure any shingles removed were completely replaced before they left for the day to avoid any exposure to the elements of an unprotected roof. Chuck was in constant communication with me via phone or text to answer any questions & keep me apprised of the progress. Photos of the progress were sent at the end of each day. We had a surprise yellow jacket infestation in our eaves but the roofers continued to work on another part of the roof while we called in an exterminator. The gutter & downspout installers also showed up on time & completed our project as promised. Chuck & Mike work very well together & run a very professional company. I found them through previous reviews on this site & certainly appreciated those who took the time to submit their experience & reviews of the service they received from this company.
