Manny came by with his samples of the work he's done and we were just very impressed by his manner and knowledge. He provided an itemized estimate, which we really appreciated, so we could see the breakdown by each piece of the project. Knowing that sometimes colors don't always come out the way they look on paper, he recommended we go see some real samples so we can make an informed decision. He recommended a place and it was the best advice because we got to see the different patterns in person along with colors. Manny was consistently timely. He called and showed up when he said he would. His crew was very hard-working and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Manny and his crew did a colored, stamped concrete patio, half-moon stairs (Manny's idea) leading to the patio and a landing by our other back door. The work they did was fantastic and we couldn't be happier! When the job was done, the crew cleaned up our entire yard. What we were even more impressed with was Manny offered to have his crew power-wash the outside of our house where the work was performed. We truly appreciated that as the dust from the job did coat the side of the house and surrounding area. My lawn mower seized up after I got half way thru my back yard. I called Rojas landscaping after I looked them up on Angie's list. Lino was able to get me in the day I called. "I liked that they were really quick and proactive while doing the job. I didn't like that they came over 4 hours later than the scheduled time.  No major problems with them. Then later, two weeks or so many weeks after that, they came over and did the cutting. For that one appointment they had a problem with one of their machines and they ended up coming over 4 hours later. They gave no notice that was a major problem because I wasn't in town, my wife was here at home waiting until they arrived. The work turned out great. They did a really good job. They trimmed out three trees. They actually took out a really big branch from one of our neighbors as well for free because they were late. It was a really good service. If it was not because they were super late that one time I would have given them an A."
