"Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."

"They inspected our house in 2009. They missed roach traps under multiple appliances, they missed a radiator that wasn't connected, they said 10% knob & tube based on zero evidence (whole house has k&t). They've cost us > $15k. They work for your realtor, not you."

She NEVER showed up to see any part of the project, not even the finished project. A few month after completion you could see where the work was poorly done and when I reached out to her for help to get the contractors back she never responded and when I finally spoke with her she kindly told me to do it. Worst service, if I hadn’t place a non refundable deposit on our first meeting I would have never done business with them and I would never recommend them, not even to animals because they deserve better."
