Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

And when I met her highly skilled carpenters Brandon and Kermit who came to do the work, I was so impressed - not only their experience and knowledge, but also with their communication and customer service skills which put me totally at ease and gave me complete confidence that they were the right people for the job. They explained everything they were doing, kept me informed as they went along and asked for my feedback, and if they identified a problem along the way they always had a solution to offer. However their abilities to really listen, empathize with my concerns as the homeowner , and make me feel that they cared about my home as much as I do and wanted me to be completely happy, were truly exceptional and can be very hard to find. And I am happy – my ceilings are now so beautiful! Jody, Brandon and Kermit were even willing to make adjustments when some unexpected scheduling changes occurred so that they actually finished the job ahead of schedule, and worked incredibly hard to do so. They clearly enjoy their work and take great pride in producing high quality results. By the time they left my home, they felt like family. I really cannot say enough good things about my experience with Rattigan and Sons and I will definitely be calling them again for future projects. You should too!"
