"I was very unhappy with the work completed by Angel's crew which included spring cleanup, shrub, groundcover and ornamental tree pruning. I was promised and charge extra for hand shrub trimming only to get electric hedge cutter trimming which disregarded the natural growth habit and pruning technique of my threaded cypresses and groundcovers. The cypresses lost their natural shape while the groundcovers had burnt edges on the top. Once the cypresses were trimmed, they left the dead branches underneath the shrubs in plain sight. They 'forgot' to trim back a groundcover in the backyard! They also laid about 50ft of irrigation pipe and 3 sprinkler heads however the middle head was overly off centered in the space. Lastly, after all of the new black mulch was laid down, the crew shook cypresses they trimmed leaving all of the leaves laying on top of the new mulch. I was promised 9 times by Angel that he would come back and fix things but still hasn't shown in over 1 1/2 months! "
