"Excellent Service!! The only contractor that returned my call. Came out within a day, identified a roof vent stack was rusting causing a roof leak. Had it scheduled and fixed in a few days. "The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"We got proposals from 5 different companies.  Deluxe was inline with a majority of the other companies.  But from the beginning there was something extra about Delluxe.  Their proposal was spiral bound.  OK you say.  I can make a proposal like that.  Big deal.  But nobody else did.  Skip told us to get a lein waver no matter who we chose to do the work.  Nobody else did.  They sent us a Thank You card for letting them give us a proposal.  Nobody else did.  This kind of customer first attitude went all the way through the job until Skip came to pick up the check a few days later. One small glitch I must mention is that they were a day late getting started.  When Skip explained the reason I understood completely.  Fortunately I had two days off, just in case.In the proposal were hints for the homeowner to help the job go smoothly.  For instance they said to cover your whole house fan and any open boxes or clothing in the attic with a sheet so it would be easy to remove debri which would fall in the attic during the roofing process.  This is just one of 17 items of helpful hints they sent with the proposal. This is a small local American owned and operated company.  The kind of company that provides jobs and pays taxes here in Georgia.  This is the kind of company we should support with our business.Skip said they take full responsibility for their work and if we have any problems or questions to call them and they'll come right out.It hasn't been a month yet since they finished the job and believe me if anything goes wrong I'll be on here making a new report.  But I have no reason to believe there will be a problem.I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

"Kevin Castleberry was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. His salesman, Kevin knock on our door with concerns of missing tiles. Both came the following day and inspected our roof which had wind damage. Kevin spoke with our insurance company and was on the roof with the insurance adjuster...after being approved we had a new roof within a week...his crew was very efficient and polite and clean up was superb....would highly recommend Apex Roofing."

"Well let me first start off by saying as a home owner having work done of any sort at your home always adds stress to your normal daily routine. When we decided it was time to do some upgrading to our home, we started the task of seeking out quotes for doing our roof first. While shopping roofers and gathering quotes I came across Tony Guzman of Dream Home Remodeling Inc. After sitting and talking with Tony my Husband and myself felt that he and his company would be our choice. I cannot say enough about the great job they did. They arrived on time, there was a foreman present the entire job who was very knowledgeable about roofing, the shingles I choose and was able to address and answer any of my concerns, all the guys were polite and left my home after completing the job spotless with a beautiful new roof. I was pleasantly surprised at the little amount of stress involved while Tony and his crew were here. It was an A+ all around!"

"Good: Right on time, professional, and quickly changed out the springs. Concerning: Initial quote on the phone was anywhere between $59 and $189 to repair a broken spring plus service call fee. When technician arrived, it was recommended both springs be replaced, which makes sense but this was not mentioned on the initial estimate. Since the part number and length/gauge of spring details were left by the technician, I browsed for the same springs on line and found the pair at a third of the cost (>$100) but Ameriserv did not directly explain why the spring cost was so high compared to what I found online. I received one email reply after about a week later and it only asked if we had spoken via phone. After I replied to that response, I received no further communication. They also offered a warranty for the springs/door for $89 a year, but after five years, that equals the amount of replacing both springs. Typical life for a spring is about ten years, I did not see the benefit in a warranty at that price."

"Brandon was very professional and helpful with inspecting our roof. He seemed to be thorough and knowledgeable. I trust 100% that the job was handled for my husband and I. Could not recommend a better company."

"Mustache Mitigation was great! I had a couple of leaks (attic/roof & HVAC) and they handled my house/claims with complete professionalism. Justin came out to my property, inspected, identified, and fixed the source of the leak. He had great communication with me to make sure that I understood the process and that I was happy with their work. I will definitely use them in the future and I will recommend them to anyone."
