We ended up agreeing to a lower price due to issues getting access to the neighbor tree. I did find the business wasn't licensed for tree work in Saint Paul. DJ said he was unaware of the requirement and intends to get that taken care of soon. Since they are not certified arborist I would not rely on them to trim a valuable tree, however they worked hard and did a good job on these "weed" trees. They stacked up a nice pile of cut firewood for me from the removed trees!"
