There were 2 other bids on this project and Dan was not only competitive in his pricing he was significantly lower than one of the bids (they stated their schedule and how small the work was attributed to the inflated cost but they bid on the EXACT SAME scope and material). Topline was able to come out within 2 weeks of the initial bid as they accommodated the work in between larger projects (thank you Dan!). The work was wonderfully performed. They put up most of the fence in the winter, put up temporary fence in the spots that could not be done due to the season, then returned in the spring to finish.
