"Nato came on a Thursday and did an initial estimate. He was very clear that the garden would look a little bare for a few weeks as he'd have to cut things back pretty far. His estimate was 1/2 that of the other companies we talked to, and he was willing to come on the weekends, which made things much easier for us. He came back just three days later (on a Saturday) and two of his men spent 8 hours here. They left with a truck overflowing with trimmings, and even removed a small tree for us. Nato supervised them at the beginning and end, and the team was great to work with (we were working in the front yard while they were in the back) - extremely helpful and courteous. Total bill was just what he said - $500. We also gave each of the two guys a tip (though we were never asked to do so and I didn't even detect a hint of expecting one). The cleanup looks great though, as he cautioned, things are a little barren while we wait for them to grow back. For large cleanup jobs, this company is excellent. Though I use an all organic company for regular maintenance now (I would use Nato if I was not so into organic gardening), I will certainly call Nato and his team for the next large job. Highly recommend."

"Jose was our contact and he was fantastic. This is the kind of service we would all like to have when dealing with a company. He always did what he said he was going to do, he was patient as we chose the pavers and design, he showed up for every appointment on time and he was extremely accommodating. If we wanted to change something he was very amenable and he did not nickle and dime us. We had 7 estimates and researched all kinds of ways to deal with our cracked, two level and old concrete patio. His estimate was not only the most reasonable in price, but he convinced us that our severe drainage problem could be fixed using his method. We were very worried about this aspect of the job, as water has pooled there for years, in spite of various efforts to fix it. Not only does it now look fabulous, but this week we have had our first rains (2-3 inches!) and there is not a drop of water pooling on the patio. We are very, very pleased with the work he did for us."

"I contracted with Ramos Concrete Co to remove a old cracked 12 X 20 ft covered patio and replace it with 13 X 23 ft Stamped concrete but then decided to add a 22 X 20 ft stamped concrete driveway to the contract a total of fourteen yards. Roberto and crew took extra caution through out this project to protect our property the house, plants, and lawn from undue damage. Each day Ramos kept us informed as to schedule, and we were advised immediately as to any changes as to time (rain delays) or materials. We were impressed at the end of each day's clean up of entire construction site. Ramos was most receptive to several owner's last minute changes and offered expert suggestions through out job. We give Ramos Concrete a resounding (A+, a 10 out of possible 10) rating on our stamped concrete job and would highly recommend him"

"US Trenchless (Ross) preformed an inspection for us on a house we were buying. After we bought it, he installed a sewer access in the backyard. It was pretty cool to see the sewer pipe via their sewer camera. Very professional team doing the work. They left our backyard in the same condition as before. Highly recommend you have a sewer inspection from these guys if you're buying a home or have an older home.

"It went well. The gave me an initial start date of the end of July but actually started the work 2 weeks early. Ron Harmer, the Design Consultant & Project Manager, was AMAZING to work with. I had several companies/people come out to provide and estimate and Ron was by far the best. He efficiently measured and used CAD software to create a floorpan of the project. Ron was always available when I call or at least called me right back. I had an existing privacy pergola they had to move to do the work. That is when we discovered that the wood was rotted. Ron worked with me to come up with a relatively cost effective solution and then they executed the solution effectively. I only spoke to Nai, the construction manager, a couple of times and he was responsive."

He came out on an already busy day for him and had the whole system (more complicated than some) removed, and the plumbing working again very well in a bit over an hour. Wonderful!
