"We got an egress put in. The awesome experience started with Doug McIntire coming over to explain the product and the process. Doug was so professional, knowledgeable and just made us feel like the decision to go with them was a no-brainer. We then got scheduled for mid-April but asked to be on the waiting list to have the install done sooner if a spot opened up. Luckily one did and we got moved up 2 months!! The crew said that they would be here around 8:30-9:00am on 2/10/21 and they got here at 8:30am...right on time! The team was led by Tyler who did such an awesome job with the team. The rest of the team was Alex, Eric, Justin and Daniel (the hole digger)...sorry if I missed someone. One of the guys brought up our garbage can from the end of the driveway. Everyone worked so well together and Tyler not only did the work too, he also was teaching each of them. We are so happy with the work and the experience we had! I really enjoyed the experience and I would definitely recommend Ohio Basement Systems to anyone!"

"Advanced Restoration Waterproofing encapsulated our crawlspace here in northern Kentucky. I was impressed with their positive attitudes, and teamwork. They explained what they were going to do and worked very hard to complete the work as communicated. How refreshing to have a top company do exactly what they said they would do. They did not pressure us with a long, drawn out sales presentation and then drop the price. I would use them again and refer them to anyone needing them without hesitation. What better time than today to support local mid western family owned companies like Advanced. Update 1 year later 3/8/2021----It has been almost a year since Advanced Restoration and Waterproofing worked on our crawlspace and installed a sump pump and pit. We are dry, happy, and would recommend them in a heartbeat."

"Todd came to the house and we discussed what I wanted done to the bathroom. He came back fairly quickly with a written estimate. He told me that depending on the materials I choose and what needed done the actual price could be lower compared to what he calculated in his estimate. Todd met me at store to help me pick put tub, sick, countertop, tile and fixtures. He told me at check out the he would be giving me a detailed invoice at the end of the project. They were able to start the job when I needed it to start, and Todd promised that we wouldn't be without a shower for only three days. Two men showed up on a Monday and went right to work taking out the tub and wall tile. After about 4 days his helper left and John was left to complete the job on his own. When it came to tiling the floor, they couldn't remove the underfloor as stated in the estimate because it was concrete and would add days to the job, so we agreed to tile overtop the existing floor. The walls were painted and John was very helpful in putting up fixtures and with some other things. Unfortunately we were without a bathtub or shower for two whole weeks. When the job was finished we were so excited to finally have a modern updated bathroom. But then the problems started. When the toilet paper roll fixture fell off the wall, John came to fix it. Then Todd sent a bill which included the extra cost of bathroom sink fixtures that weren't in the estimate. But what was also not adjusted was the fact that he did not have to comeplete some of the work he had in his estimate, and also for the lowered cost of the tile. When I asked him for the detailed invoice he promised me, instead of agreeing, he started questioning what I had a problem with. When I explained about the floor, he actually told me that if he had done the work he estimated, it would have cost more, which was ridiculous. After a couple of emails trying to settle this situation, the bathroom towel rods and hangers began falling off and Todd would not come out to fix them unless I paid in full. While fixing the rods myself, I noticed the very messy paint job at teh edges and parts of the walls, and the fact that they didn't use the paint he promised, and told Todd about it, and also about holes left in the walls from readjusting a new shower rod. Todd basically became very unprofessional to work work with about the bill, no detailed invoice and charged for work that wasn't done. Even after sending pictures of the bad paint job, I still got no cooperation from Todd. I even asked for warranty information for the tub and fixtures and he refused. He eventually only took off @120.00 from the bill for the floor work, and made it very clear he was not happy about it. Although the work was a major improvement to what we had and increased value in my home, except for the stated problems with paint and fixtures, I was most disappointed in the lack of business savvy and professionalism of Todd. Because of Todd I would never recommend this company to others. Todd even had the audacity to say on another website that he doesn't care if he lost me as a customer."

"We needed a new fan installed in our guest bathroom and contacted Premier Resources. Chris Plevniack and his father came out to the house the next day to assess our situation. After going into the attic, they found a number of issues that needed to be addressed. Chris showed us photos he’d taken with his phone in the attic---neither of the two bathroom fans were actually discharging outside—they were spewing humidity into the attic! In addition, there was an area of mold brewing. Needless to say this became a bigger project than we’d intended but we are very happy with the results. Chris was super responsive (by email and texting, which I really appreciated). And they were able to accommodate our need to get this work done prior to a guest coming to visit. Chris and his dad were really careful not to track any dirt into the house—they put plastic and tarps on all the carpeted and hard floor areas they would be traveling. And they cleaned up so that it was hard to tell they’d even been here! Chris kept us regularly informed of the progress during the 2+ days of work. He also gave us some good advice about other areas we might need to attend to in the future. It was easy to tell that these two guys were perfectionists and did things the right way—metal ducts instead of the flexible kind (with double insulation), venting directly out of the roof instead of through the soffits, repositioning of the fans, cleaning off the mold and sealing the wood, etc. We were also impressed with the final patching and painting job on the textured ceiling of both bathrooms—Chris’ dad did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend Premier to anyone considering any remodeling—they are pleasant, responsive, reliable and they’ll do the job right!"
