"I made an online request for appliance repair on Monday evening. Early on Tuesday Technician Demario Phipps contacted me and asked about my appliance issue. I told him the dryer stopped heating and I needed help evaluating whether to repair or replace. Demario told me his fee was $90 for the evaluation. This price would be included in the repair if thatâ s the decision. Demario quickly got to work taking the dryer apart and in a short amount of time found the damaged heating element. Repair cost was determined and selected. Demario had to go pick up the part and returned to finish the repair. Unfortunately, the new heating element broke when power was applied to the dryer for a test run. We elected to start again in the morning after Demario obtained a new part. No extra charge for the second part. Second test attempt worked perfectly. Total cost was less than $300. Demario is fair and honest and shows up on time. He is very knowledgeable of his trade and keeps his customers informed at all times. We are very pleased with his work and we highly recommend Demario - Elite Appliance Solutions."

"I called Mr. Dunn because my refrigerator had stopped working. He was able to schedule an appointment for that same afternoon. Mr. Dunn called when he was on his way to verify I was at home and still needed his services. Once he got here, he was able to diagnosis the problem almost immediately. The drain used for defrosting was stopped up. He quoted what it would cost to fix the problem and once I agreed he began the repair.? He took it apart and unclogged it, put it back together and it is now working just fine. I was very impressed with the straight forward way Mr. Dunn conducts business, no trying to fluff prices or feed you a line. I will definitely be using Mr. Dunn again in the future for any appliance repairs I need. He also does Handyman Services which I will not hesitate to use."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
