"The young man came ontime and went ahead and removed my old microwave and installed the new one, the only problem he had was aligning the two screws going down from the cabinet, the left screw does not tighten or loosen, it is stuck in some part of the microwave frame and if needed to remove I Can't!"

"I called Mr. Dunn because my refrigerator had stopped working. He was able to schedule an appointment for that same afternoon. Mr. Dunn called when he was on his way to verify I was at home and still needed his services. Once he got here, he was able to diagnosis the problem almost immediately. The drain used for defrosting was stopped up. He quoted what it would cost to fix the problem and once I agreed he began the repair.  He took it apart and unclogged it, put it back together and it is now working just fine. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
