"So, I had hired a contractor that began building the fence but it became obvious that he didn't know what he was doing. It was bad enough that codes had received a complaint and needed the issues resolved within the next 4 days (this was on a Thursday, deadline was the upcoming Tuesday). "We have used Justin with Elite Exteriors twice. They painted our home and installed new porch columns in November-December 2025, and most recently completed a privacy fence. The fence turned out great-straight, exactly what we asked for, and the craftsmanship is solid. Justin is knowledgeable and kind. That said, the experience was frustrating due to poor communication and scheduling. Cleanup that was included in the contract was delayed, and I was not given timely updates-even after reaching out. Reliable communication is just as important as quality work, and that piece needs improvement. I would consider using them again if communication improves."

The 3 art niches in our home didn't match our decor so we wanted them removed to hang family photos and artwork in those areas. Similarly to the art niche work, we also had a 2nd level balcony that overlooked the den we felt was unsafe for our children so we wanted it filled in, also. Randy and his team installed the framing and drywall perfectly and the areas now match the rest of the walls seamlessly.
