  The extent of the work we wanted to have done in our home was overwhelming and hard to imagine completed. We had interviewed several contractors asking all the standard questions which included how many sub-contractors would be needed and how long would the project take along with price and billing procedures. All of the contractors were polite and professional. Charles had the added ingredient we were hoping for, confidence and reassurance that our home remodel would be done with the best quality workmanship within a timeframe we were comfortable with and the price we were hoping for. He assured us that he would he working along side his crew and the sub-contractors he would need to hire to complete the project which included a plumber, hardwood floor specialist, electrician and sheet rock expert. Managing the project so that each sub-contractor was on the job as needed to complete their portion of the work made the entire remodel go smoothly with no untimely delays. We appreciate Charles willingness to do additional projects we surprised him with such as changing ceiling lighting and new front door hardware. The time taken to protect our home by the use of floor covering and daily clean up rendered by his professional crew was most appreciated. Our home remodel is just about complete and we couldn't be more pleased.  We would recommend Charles without hesitation for any project big or small.

"PacNW Cabinetry did our kitchen remodel. It was scheduled as a 7 week project with a detailed timeline. Not only did they keep to their timeline but they were able to finish 2 weeks early. I've never heard of a contractor finishing a job early. Not only that but the work was of the highest quality. When we did run into the expected difficulties or needed modifications that happen with any project, the owner of the company, Peter, took immediate responsibility and made sure they were addressed. He also assured us that these issues would not slow down completion and he was right. The project also was right on budget. The B rating on price is purely because this company is very expensive. However, you get what you pay for. If you want a job done right and on time, it's worth the money. Just be prepared for some sticker shock."

"DO NOT HIRE!!! After a very long and informational sales pitch reminiscent of an auto salesman..we wwere very pressured to sign a contract then and there.... During the roof install the workers broke our porch light off, and even though they haphazardly put it back up the lens was broken. After a week or so I finally managed to speak with install manager and they promised me a check 2 weeks ago since I complained and sent them pictures, but I still had to call and not get any response . They are sure prompt and pushy when they are trying to get you to sign their contract, but a simple thing like a repair/replace what they broke is impossible. ALSO, 3 1/2 years later, having an upstairs room water damaged wall and part of ceiling finally replaced, we discovered the ceiling plywood sheathing underneath shingles has NOT BEEN TAKEN OUT AND REPLACED - IT WAS WATER DAMAGED AND MOLDY. This is completely unacceptable, but what can you do when you discover this 4 years later!! The roof is good, but for the price and dealing with these people you can do much much better...."
