"Arrived on time and repaired my leaking roof at a reasonable price."

"Our experience with Geno's Siding & Roofing Co. was great. Geno responded promptly, and scheduled a visit to look the job over. We had leaks around the windows in our laundry room. Geno advised the windows were fine, which we were glad to hear. He said he could remove the trim, and then install new aluminum casing around the windows. He also said he could install an aluminum sill sloped away from the windows. Russell (the technician) did a fantastic job. The result was better than I imagined it would look. We will definitely be contacting Geno when we need more work done."

"The owner, Andrei, responded promptly to fix my leaky roof that was installed a mere 5 years ago. He quickly assessed the problem area and within days he and his crew returned and made the repairs. Subsequent storms have proven that the problem was remedied and the work site made to look virtually untouched by the repairs. Throughout the process Andrei explained how the leak was able to develop and how he proposed to remedy the matter. In addition to the roofing repair Andrei went to great lengths to secure an identical match on vintage vinyl siding to repair areas of minor damage. Mid-Atlantic is highly recommended. I hope I don't have more roofing issues but if I do I know who I am going to call."

"This was a very difficult job between two roof peaks to correct a construction defect. Gideon did a fantastic job. I climbed up on the roof myself to get as closer look once the job was completed and the quality and workmanship is top notch."

"New roof was installed with excellent craftsmanship by workers who seem to be proud of their work. Sales consultant and scheduler were communicative and abreast of the progress of the project. There was much attention to detail in installing the new shingles, and necessary unexpected repairs that were identified were done without delay. The workers are efficient and effective. The areas are gone over and left spotless with followup people coming by the next day to be sure all is in order."

"First, let me complain about roofers in general. They seem uninterested in doing repairs and just want to do a whole new roof, which is very expensive. They don't return calls and even when they do, they often don't come out to look things over, and when they do, they don't always come through with an estimate. We had a couple of leaks for many years and had been unsuccessful in finding someone to fix it definitively. Mike Scheinfield sent his long-term guy Matthew and we got a friendly visit and a timely estimate. While we tried to get comparison estimates, he offered a discount, as they had some extra time in-between jobs. Since his was the best estimate, we went ahead. We were pleased with their service and attention. So far, the roof has not leaked again. Of course, we have to wait until there are a few more heavy downpours to know for sure if it is fixed definitively. They gave us a year guarantee (mainly because it was a repair and not a whole new roof)."

"I recently hired Right Deal Construction to take care of some issues with my roof, including replacing missing shingles and recapping my chimney, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the start, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They clearly explained the scope of work, provided a fair estimate, and showed up on time ready to get the job done. The quality of their workmanship really stood out—everything was completed with attention to detail, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The new shingles blend in perfectly with the existing roof, and the chimney recap was done cleanly and securely. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job, which I really appreciated. Overall, Right Deal Construction delivered excellent service at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled roofing work."

"I just had my roof replaced with Lane Roofing. Shawn Keys was very honest and helpful. He inspected my roof and told me everything that needed to be repaired and replaced and updated me through the whole process and shared photos from start to finish. The crew was great. They showed up early and cleaned up like they were never there. I would highly recommend Lane Roofing & Exteriors."

"He came right out to repair roof. After a heavy rain a portion of the roof still leaked. We called and they remedied the situation by extending the roof repair and did a little extra work for us for no charge. The problem is fixed."

"Mickey was personable and dependable. They did a fantastic job repairing my chimney."
