He said he would be able to get the parts and have the repair completed within 2 hours after returning. He actually only needed a little over an hour and the repair looks great. Spoke with other contractors, who were NOT FULL-SERVICE, and were overpriced. After hire, Roesly Plumbing immediately removed the damaged drywall. Complete remediation, repaired plumbing/replaced toilet, replaced/patched drywall, primed, and painted. Chris, Steve, Bob, and John followed-up or were ON-SITE EVERY DAY, and restored our home. We've never seen a company take such care, and treat us and our home with such respect and professionalism. SPOTLESS during the whole process. EXPERT ATTENTION TO DETAIL! On the final day of the repairs, Bob and John spent the entire day (after several previous visits to stage drywall replacement/repair) ensuring our ceiling was was primed and painted FLAWLESSLY. Plumbing and family room are better than new. Told the Roesly team that we've never received this level of care and quality with a home repair.
