"We were so pleased with this company.  I found them on Angies List and sent an inquiry email, and received an almost immediate return phone call to set up an estimate.  Scott came out just a few days later at dusk and set up the lighting that we wanted so we could actually see what it would look like, which was extremely helpful.  He also suggested uplighting a second tree which we hadn't considered, and it was a very good suggestion.  We received an email estimate the next morning, accepted it that day, and the job was done today - just 4 days after accepting the estimate.  The installers were very polite and helpful, and even though they had to dig a very shallow trench in the front yard to run wire to the tree, and across the driveway (between the concrete slabs), nothing is visible.  We also had them install a timer that automatically adjusts itself for changes in sunset times and when we switch to and from daylight savings time, so there is nothing for us to do.  The lights they use contain LED lights which should last 5 years and are very energy efficient.  They also installed a new transformer.
I absolutely love it when I get a prompt response to a request for service or for an estimate.  My dealings with this company started off in a very promising manner and they continued to make us happy throughout.  We would recommend them and would definitely use them again.

"They were great.  They were prompt, professional, and did a wonderful job installing a very difficult and heavy railroad tie wall.  Moreover, they did it at almost a moment's notice.  And they followed up on the project, even coming out on Christmas Eve to make sure everything was done right.  They are the best.  I will certainly ask them to do more work in the future.

"We could not have been more pleased with the work the Madden Brothers did to create our new master bath and closet. From beginning to end, the project was a great experience. We were actually sorry to see them go when the job was finished! When has that ever happened with a contractor? George and Brian gave us exactly what we wanted and did so in a professional, yet extremely pleasant manner. We were very appreciative of their knowledge, experience, and attention to detail. They are both perfectionists when it comes to the way things should be done. If that wasn't all, they left the workspace and house clean and vacuumed every single day and I can't tell you how great, and unusual, that was. Even the subs commented on how neat they were! In addition to everything else, their painting skills are truly impressive (I have never seen straighter paint lines along any ceilings!). We couldn't be any happier with the results. "We installed FIOS and Verizon connected FIOS on the same outlet as the water sump pump in the basement. We thought this was not wise so we called KNK Electric to install a new outlet connected to a separate fuse in the fuse box for FIOS. While he was at the house, he repaired a light switch and adjusted the wire in the dinning chandelier.
