"Time management was poor at best. Crews running too many jobs at the same time. My bathroom remodel took over 8 months to finish after a 90 day projection. ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS VERY VERY BAD!!! Flooring was not laid smoothly (tile). Multiple holes cut in new sheet rock to hang light fixtures.. Apparently Troy can't use a tape measure properly. He was the supervisor that got fired. 1 of the workers was smoking weed in my house (we don't smoke anything inside). Neil the owner cannot be trusted to tell you the truth. Very dishonest people, company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"

"Bryan Polo and his crew did an awesome job converting my bathtub to a walk in shower. You can see from the picture the intricate work with the wall tile and the mosaic floor tile. I didn’t choose an easy tile to work with, so there was a lot of cutting with the hexagon tiles and the pebble floor. On top of it all, Bryan is such a personable individual which made working with him and his crew a pleasure. He was very communicative about when they’d be here throughout the entire job. There was no high-pressure sales tactics, no one year, one month, and today's pricing. Everything was explained up front. Our project manager was great, keeping us informed at every step. The installation team was clean and excellent asking us any questions we had concerning grab rail placement. Frank has been dishonest and not trust worthy. I understand the company needs new employees but it’s disturbing to know that the previous employees are still owed for their time and effort. I do not recommend supporting this type of company. I’m quite confused to how they have a 4 star rating after working here for almost 2 years I know how many customers were left unsatisfied."
