"Bait and Switchers. DO NOT RELY ON AN ON AN QUOTE FOR JOB THEY HAVEN"T SEEN! IN PERSON. I gave three electricians very explicit information to bid a job. Offered New Dawn opportunity to come make in person quote but they said they didn't need to. Two of three were very close but I picked New Dawn based on these reviews. I paid a $500 deposit and waited several weeks for the service and paid for someone ($200) to be at my house to meet them this morning. Technicians showed up and said they didn't have what was required to do project and "project was out of scope of quote because it required conduit". They were told up front verbally and in text exchanges conduit was required. In fact the text said "Conduit Obviously!". Spoke to Kelly who was one of the owners who confirmed she researched and saw the text exchange and notes but said the person who gave the quote had made an incorrect assumption and that they would not honor the quote and they would have to give me a new quote. When I challenged that (nicely) she hung up on me. Typical Florida scammers."

Matt, Nancy, and John were super easy to work with to get a quote on the replacement of our original 30 yr windows. The turnaround time between initial deposit and installation was ~11 weeks; a timeframe likely impacted by the uncertainty of the ongoing pandemic. With regard to installation, Sang (and team) did a phenomenal job. They were able to finish most of the install in one day, with some additional capping work finished two days later. The difference in comfort between our original windows and replacements is dramatic. We've noticed our HVAC rarely turning on now, and the comfort across the various levels of our townhome seems to be considerably more stable. We were really impressed from start to end, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

John and Marirose Capozzi came to our house and showed us sample colors and materials and fully explained the quality of all of the materials, the process that would be used to complete the work, how long it would take, and how they would clean up the property after the wok was completed. They showed up on time, quickly and efficiently removed the old shingles, removed a non-working attic vent, replaced a couple of deteriorated roofing boards, installed new underlayment and shingles, and cleaned up the property upon completion, as promised.
