We had a very minor warranty issue on the roof (a visible nail head) that I found after climbing up there myself, and they had their guy back the next day to fix it, which was excellent service and gave me a great deal of confidence about them honoring the warranty. "The roof was replaced in a day and the gutters the next. The crew was in and out and all the interactions we had were pleasant on professional. We have a sunsail and it required them to install some anchors by doing some custom work included in the cost of the new roof.
