"I recently hired Precision Painting Interior & Exterior, LLC to power wash, paint, and repair my front and back porches. They did an incredible job, which included painting the ceilings and removing the old lattice around the lower areas, replacing it with new lattice. "I waited a couple of months to provide this feedback. I wanted to make sure that, after some substantial rains, no leakage occurred. I am pleased to state that no leakage has occurred, It appears that Infinity did a good job. In order to replace some step flashing, it was necessary to remove aluminum siding. I was concerned that afterward, the siding would perhaps not be reinstalled correctly, but it looks fine. The new shingle job looks great. The new shingles match the original shingle color exactly. You'd never guess that we had a section of roof shingles replaced. The only shortcoming, is that, the final piece of ridge cap's nails were sealed with a light colored caulk/putty when a darker color would have been more aesthetically pleasing. This is no big deal. I have since repaired the woodwork in my window area. The new flashing around our chimney looks great as well. For years we'd have rain dripping in our garage. I attempted to seal any gaps I could see, but could never stop the leaks. This was no way near as annoying as our leak in our living room. Nonetheless, since we were having roof work done anyway, we decided to replace the chimney flashing as well. I'm glad we did."

"A Breath of Fresh Air! Today homeowners must be very careful when choosing a contractor. For most of us, we are taking a gamble every time we hire someone to work on our homes. This feeling is justified when we hear about friends and neighbors who had bad experiences with contractors and referrals that do not always work out. However, I want you to know that Real Exteriors is a sure bet! From the time I contacted Real Exteriors to the end of my project, I was more than impressed with their professionalism. Joe, the general contractor who worked on my house was more than accommodating and most importantly, he was honest! Before contacting Real Exteriors, I interviewed two other contractors. I wanted to install trim around my two large windows in the front of the house and two smaller windows on both sides. Both contractors gave me a lower price and told me that everything would look fine without removing my 20-year-old siding. I wanted to give my home some “curb appeal” by installing the trim. However, when I interviewed Joe from Real Exteriors, he begged to differ with the other two contractors. Instead, he strongly stated that the trim could not be properly installed without removing the old siding, which was improperly installed over 20 years ago. Not only was it improperly installed, it was dirty and faded. Joe explained the issue of the improper installation in detail. After which, he guaranteed that it would be properly installed this time. Because of his honesty, I hired him. The house is now beautiful! I am so glad I listened to him and glad I invested the extra money because the existing siding had lived out its’ usefulness and was improperly installed.
