"Awesome! I worked with Ed at Main Line Kitchens to design our kitchen during a very stressful whole house renovation / expansion. To say he worked with me is an understatement. Ed might just have earned his counselor credentials as he guided me through some uncertainties, even calling me late one night from home after receiving a distressed email about a decision I was making. He ultimately helped steer me towards a cabinet line that fit my desired look, features, timeline, and budget and helped me see the pros and cons of the choices made along the way. He never pressured me and was able to accommodate a seemingly impossible timeline. He even came out to measure twice without complaint when my contractors weren't ready the first time -- not at all his fault -- but he was gracious and kind and took it in stride. Ed was personable and easy to work with and I never felt like a number in his book. When we received our cabinets I wasn't happy with a couple doors (normal issues you would anticipate with a large order and a perfectionist on the receiving end) Ed worked with the vendor and had them replaced and shipped immediately to me and the job wasn't delayed. The vendor even called direct to ensure I was happy with the replacements. It is clear MLK has a strong reputation with their suppliers. Ed was quick with recommendations for other vendors when I needed materials fast for flooring, countertops, etc. and all the other vendors knew and respected Main Line and Ed. Our new kitchen is truly the center of our home and we have Ed to thank for bringing it all together. I would recommend Ed and MLK to anyone in need of kitchen design services and cabinetry. In fact, I already have. I did my due diligence and shopped around and was very happy with the competitive pricing that came along with the white glove service and hand holding I received through this process. The expertise from the team at Main Line can't be matched. "Scott came to my sisters house to diagnose and repair a washer that was trickling cold water. He told her that the machine was not getting water and the problem was the valve and plumbing feeding the hoses. Call a plumber. I went there an had a look thinking that that was unusual to be blocked with public water and pressure. I disconnected the hoses from the washer and put them into the tub and turned the water back on. The wasn't a flow problem. It was the cold water solenoid on the machine that quit working. It is an electronically controlled valve. Kaput. I ordered one and replaced very easily. I called Scott and thought I'd tell him what the problem was. I wasn't angry, just gave him a call. I wasn't expecting him to raise his voice in defense of his misdiagnosis and what he charged. He told me she was lucky that I hadn't charged full price. lol. I said she was lucky that she didn't waste more money having a plumber tell her that there wasn't a water supply problem. I really wasn't expecting him to get loud and defensive. I thought he might be humble, admit a mistake and possibly offer a refund. But was told that he did her a favor only charging her $89.00."
