"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"The tech (Richard) arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. My gas oven works great."

"I hired AK to repair my clothes dryer. AK arrived the same day he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The repair was fairly priced. I would highly recommend him."

"Mike responded quickly to my request. My refrigerator wasn’t working and he came out promptly with part in hand and fixed it all at a fair price. Very knowledgeable and explains what he’ll be doing. Takes time to answer any concerns or questions. Highly recommend!! Thank you Mike."

"The appliance repair company was able to schedule a visit the day after I called. Serviceman arrived within the window of time designated. He was friendly, courteous and neat."

"We recently needed our Bosch Dishwasher to undergo some serious repair work. Bad hoses, some new parts for the pump and it all had to be done with it removed from its little cubby hole under the kitchen counter. Replacing the 4-year-old dishwasher was not a financial option. This, low decibel, (40) model, sells in the vicinity of too much. $1400 plus. It is extremely quiet, very efficient, and appreciated, considering our family TV viewing area is basically in the same room, the Family Room being open to the Kitchen Area. I contacted three appliance services. Only one responded. Russel’s Appliance Service. In this case the “right” one. We set up an appointment, he was right on time. The estimate for repair, parts replacement and labor was exceptionally reasonable and well within the scope of practical. That was after nearly three labor hours to remove the unit. With a tremendous amount of efficiency, cautious and careful manipulation, and a couple of bushels of patience he was able to get the dishwasher out. The cabinet installers did not correctly attach it to the cabinets, and it was installed by the previous owners before the hardwood flooring was installed in the kitchen. Meaning it sat on the subfloor. Which made it quite a task to remove. Parts had to be ordered and two trips later Mr. Russell, again delving into those patience bushels, was able to make the necessary repairs and re-installed the dishwasher into its cubby hole…correctly. If you need service or repair work, dishwasher in our case, we would not hesitate to contact it needed for stove or refrigerator, you need to call Russel Appliance Service."

"They had a cancellation ans called to see if they could come early. They looked ate our washer and didn't try to push us toward a repair knowing that it would be more costly than replacing the washer. We loved the honesty."

"Tom was thought In evaluating the stove/oven. It was determined the element was not working properly in the oven. He ordered the part and installed. He was punctual and professional."

"Great service and very professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on time, every time for a few visits to repair a broken ice maker. Only thing questionable was when paying them, there was no actual paperwork for the parts I purchased or the labor. I received an electronic receipt via email. It was almost a bit too streamlined. I wanted more details about what I paid for. Regardless, I highly recommend and would use them again for appliance repairs."

"The repairman seemed honest. He told me what the problem with the dishwasher was and that he could fix it but it would probably break again. We decided to just get a new dishwasher. He told me the price of the part for the refrigerator and we still haven't made a decision about it. I was a little disappointed that the man who returned one of my later calls couldn't find the paperwork from the job as a reference. They never fixed anything, but they were honest.
