Fidel and Daniel were responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of our questions. The level of communication and customer service stood out to me and showed me how much they care about the quality of their work. The new concrete, retaining walls, and railings look amazing. We are getting compliments on it. Everything was completed professionally, and the finished product is functional and beautiful. "The concrete around our house was extremely old. The house is 80 years old so safe to say so was the concrete. It was time to get it ripped up and replaced, I got a couple of other quotes and Gibran's was the fairest. Him and his crew arrived and started tearing into it. It did not look like easy work and in the end the concrete looked great. I'm writing this review about 2 months after he completed the job and so far it looks great, not breaking or cracking or anything like that. My only minor complaint was at the start communication went unanswered for a while. I was not too bothered about this as I didn't ever think he wasn't going to do the job or anything like that but if somebody else gets worked up over these things just give him a bit of time. His job is pretty hard so I would not hold it against anybody not replying to texts when you're in the middle of splitting concrete slabs apart!"

"From the first visit we felt Tony would do a great job for us. We had an unlevel, cracked, ugly asphalt driveway and a one-step stoop that was so high, it was scary to step down from. The melted snow ran from the driveway into our garage...that is how much higher our old blacktop driveway was. Tony envisioned a stoop with two steps for safety and esthetics and proposed the idea to us. Obviously, we loved it. Tony was there answering every question, helping us choose materials and always replied within 24 hours, which we found that completely acceptable. So we signed up! Then the work started and we were equally impressed with John who did all the supervision of their concrete team. We loved to see John working along side the crew, riding the machinery and the pleasant way he treated their workers.
