"From start to finish our experience has been nothing less than stellar. Mr. Javier Chavez the Remodeling Consultant was so professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained everything in great detail, and answered any questions we had. Yes, I was very nervous spending this much money, but after listening to the damage that could happen in the near future if we didn't, was adding to the convincing that this was the better choice. I always say you get what you paid for. Yes, we could of gotten much cheaper. However, no one offered a Life-Time Warranty, that will also carry over to the new home owner if we choose to sell. That is what made it easier for us to say yes. They were hear on-time, and the crew was great and professional. As new home-owners it was very nerve racking, to things like this. "Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"

"Steve was wonderful and easy to work with. They were able to meet our schedule and provide all the answers and support we needed to install our new roof. We are new homeowners and knew this day was going to come. Sadly, it came earlier than expected but SPU made the experience easy and calming. They were able to complete the entire roof in one day!! They left the yard pretty clean and didn't damage any of my property. Since they have installed we have had two storms and so far so good!! Happy with the product even though its not something that you get to use/enjoy like a new car."

"It was kind of an emergency for me as squirrels had eaten a hole in my roof. Also my existing roof, two layers of shingles, needed to be replaced although I wanted to wait until summer 2020. I got an estimate from another roofer about two days prior but their prices were too high. I needed this done ASAP because of the hole and it was November. The weather was about to get too cold to get it done. I called Tom at Buk roofing. He came out that day and gave me an estimate. Great price for what I wanted done. He was pretty booked and said he would try to get it done by Thanksgiving, I called him November 6 2019. Tom is a roofer with a heart because he called me the next day and said he and his crew would be out Saturday 11/10/2019. They arrived a 7:00 am and were done a little after dark. He and his crew got it done and walked all around my property for clean up. These guys were great and I would definitely hire again."
