"Emailed company for an estimate to repair or replace some interior doors. Got a prompt reply and set up a time for the appointment. The owner assessed the job and told us that repair was all that was needed, not replacement. He also gave us some insight into a future job that we are considering and could consider the company for. The repairs were able to be scheduled within a week and the job was well done. Only snag was a little mix up in the time that the job was to start, but this was very minor. Brad suggested a number of options that would keep the cost within our budget and still address the problem of the rotting wood. I found this flexibility very helpful. When it came time to do the work, they spent 4 hours finishing the job and it looks great. They did not provide a written quote in advance (they did provide a verbal quote), but were prepared with a written quote just prior to starting the work. Also, Brad is the new co-owner as of a year or so."
