"We hired DRC to build a small addition, which included a full bathroom, office and mudroom. Dale was reasonable and flexible from the start, working from an existing set of plans that we had and adjusting standard job contract details to our liking. Dale was able to work with us on the price and we came to terms after some friendly negotiation. When we kicked off the project, some complications arose with the Water Dept to make a new sewer connection - Dale was able to get everyone on the same page and was very fair/transparent with some changes to the contract (which we knew were a possibility on this item). Despite some unavoidable delays with the sewer, Dale got the project back on track. His team was always available to answer questions and ask for our opinion. Dale allowed some minor changes to the plans throughout the process as he said would be possible. His team was receptive to being called out on a few issues that popped up (as to be expected) and addressed those hiccups without aggravation. Communication was great at each step of the way and I never felt out of the loop or uninvolved. His team also worked well with the building dept, and the permitting and inspection process went seamlessly. DRC finished the job within the timeframe and level of quality expected. And when we had a manufacturer issue with the mini-split air conditioner that was installed, Dale graciously reinstalled the new unit that the was given to us under the product warranty. I would definitely do business with DRC again."
