The scope of the project includes roof, windows, electrical work, exterior wall, tankless water heater, building a new gate, among other things. The project took a few months and it went smoothly the whole way through. Quality of work - Weâ re picky people. Between my husband and I, we checked everything with a fine tooth comb. And at the end of it, even WE were delighted with what we saw. Cesar does everything he can to make sure you're getting what you want. And he delivers. This was apparent from the very beginning. Heâ s got the experience and know-how to achieve what the customer wants, and he really cares that youâ re satisfied with the work. Price - Their quote was very reasonable & fair, and they stayed on budget. We definitely feel we got our money's worth. Strong communication - Customer service is very important to me. Iâ m happy to say, these folks are very responsive. I could reach out at any time with questions or comments and felt very supported throughout the whole process. Even at the very end (when some contractors can peter out), Conber was with us the whole way through. You just donâ t see this kind of customer service anymore. Ideas - When we were stuck and looking for ideas, Cesar and Fabiola were always so helpful. Between Cesar sharing what he has done on other projects, and Fabiola searching for ideas & possibilities online, we got great guidance from them. Construction crew - All their workers were very nice and & respectable. I felt very safe with this team in and out of our house (even during covid!). Very clean, neat & tidy. This is important to keep neighbors happy. Flexibility - We added projects along the way and they were very accommodating. Overall - Our entire experience went so well! The house has been transformed and weâ re constantly getting compliments from the neighbors and friends as they come over! We plan on doing more work on the inside of the house next year and we will, for certain, be reaching out to Conber Construction. Highly, highly recommended."
