"Brothers Pavers was very easy to work with. They gave us an estimate within 24 hours of viewing the job and were able to adjust according to some changes we wanted made after. David and Jose were always available for any questions and kept us up to date while our Nicolock paver product was on order. The patio they built is beautiful and was was completed in 1.5 days. The team did a great job leveling out the space and making sure the foundation of the patio was well done before laying the pavers. Jose was sure to check with us with any brick layout questions as the job progressed. Their attention to detail and efficiency is a testament to their expertise. Best Landscaping did a phenomenal job with the design, planning, and installation of our patio, as well as a drainage system to stop flooding in our backyard. The contractors always showed up on time, and left the job site clean at the end of the day. From the start of the project, everything went very smoothly. I was given a very competitive estimate, and the company was always quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. The owner, Abel, was wonderful. He called and checked in often with the builders, and made sure things were going smoothly. When it turned out that we were going to have to make some additional changes, the change in pricing was very fair. When some materials were unavailable due to Covid, Abel worked hard to make sure we were happy with the substitutions. Since the french drain installation, we have had no problems with runoff and flooding. They responded immediately to my request for an estimate for leave clean-up, gutter clean-up, and gutter repair. Edwin arrived promptly the next day. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable and offered to clean the gutters and fix the gutters on the spot that day while arranging for the leave clean-up the following week. He did a great job on both items. I appreciated that Edwin responded to my weather-related concern to get the leave clean-up done earlier. He somehow squeezed me into his busy schedule to avoid the upcoming inclement weather forecast for our arranged day. Edwin maintains great communication so you know what is going on. He did an outstanding job on the leave clean-up blowing, raking, and bagging. My yard was impeccable. He also fixed the mortar missing in my chimney, something he had noticed when he fixed my gutters. Edwin learned that he also does snow removal so I got on his list for that.
