"We had a great experience with A R Crowell Plumbing! We knew the project of replacing our water main pipe would be expensive, but A R Crowell beat out the competition with their pricing! They even handled all the permits that were needed with the county. The day came and there were complications not originally foreseen, and the entire team handled it well. There was an additional charge for the new work, but that was already stipulated in the signed contract. No hidden fees, no trying to sell us a contract or things we did not need. We will definitely use them again! As a side note, I will say that the communication could improve in some areas, but I will honestly take a fair price with excellent staff and quality work over some slight confusion any day. This was a $99 big deal purchase for $200 worth of electrical service. The service was fine. It is just that I ended up paying more money. I think I paid about $69 extra. The thing was, it was $99 for $200 worth of electrical work. The guy was here less than an hour. I don't know how to put it; I don't know if it was a ripoff.  The guy that they sent out here -- the service was fine. But I just thought having to pay more money than just install a light fixture. I had the light fixture and the old fixture had already been taken down because there was a ceiling fan there. They did not have to do any wiring or anything, it was already there ready for them. All they had to do was put the fixture in. I don't think it costs $200 to put in a light fixture. I thought it was overpriced. In the beginning the guy had sent me an email telling me another price, I think it was $300. He might have misunderstood what I was saying. The service from the guy they sent out to do the work was good. They showed up on time.
