"It was very quick and the fence looks amazing. They know that they are doing - the yard is really hilly and challenging and it came out great aesthetically. Price was very good, I am guessing some other the big name contractors would have quoted me a couple thousand more. We had a hiccup because our propane line was not marked and could not be marked, and they ended up cutting it because it was in an unexpected place. The customer service was not very helpful in that regard, we called and asked if they knew anyone that could help stop the leak and/or repair the line and they were very defensive about it not being their responsibility, and that we were on our own. Not really nice, and I never expected them to pay for it, was just looking for some advice. We found someone from our propane company to fix it. They guys in the field were fantastic, and even dug the trench for the repaired gas line since they felt bad about hitting it."

They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight. At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it. The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors.
