Rand R is business local to us--and we prefer to use local businesses whenever possible. Customer service was prompt and professional and we are happy with the job they performed. <br /> <br /> What especially impressed us is this: our crawlspace is very narrow--one literally has to crawl on one's belly to move around in it and there are a variety of pipes that run through it. Following the installation of the insulation, we discovered that pipes had come apart at the joints in two places and we needed to call a plumber to repair them. I do not believe this was the result of negligence at all. <br /> <br /> When I reported this to Rand R, they did not argue. They promptly covered the cost of the plumbing repair. They stood behind their work and I commend them for this.
