"I needed a new roof for my 2000 sq ft house. I reached out to Joe @ NML and he really delivered. He came with a crew of 8. It was just supposed to be new shingles but we found mold on the majority of the plywood on the roof. Joe and his crew were able to replace over 50 sheets of plywood and re-shingle the roof in addition to the new flashing I needed around my chimney all in 1 day. His crew was very detailed oriented and EVERYTHING was cleaned up immaculately. I had a pool in the backyard very close to the house and there was no issue with any debris left over. Joe kept me informed on everything thag was going on and it couldn't have been a better experience. I would recommend NML to anyone who needs work done - either a small roof project or a large one like mine."

"Paul gave me a very detailed estimate and explained the difference between all of the materials he works with, never trying to push me towards the more expensive ones. I have a Victorian house with different roof pitches, a turret and a wraparound porch. Also a garage with a carport and they replaced the roof on everything. He brought a crew of 7 who worked 12 hour days for 2 days and then finished up and installed gutters on a 3rd day. They were very professional and thorough. It was obvious they took pride in their work. They cleaned absolutely everything up when they were finished and my lawn looked better than before they started. "Tim and his crew showed up on the day he committed to, and started work right away. Our roof was never properly ventilated and all of the wood had to be replaced when they ripped the old roof off. Tim was on site every day, supervising his crew and doing a lot of the carpentry work himself. Everyone was polite and answered all of my questions. When I noticed some things that needed to be fixed, many times they were fixed before I even had a chance to point them out to Tim. If his crew accidentally damaged anything, he offered to pay for the damage or he fixed it himself. He has a great attention to detail and reviewed all of the work that his crew did.
