Each time I’ve interacted with any member of Pittsburgh Pet Fence team (from my initial install and over a course of 6+ years), my customer experience has been 2nd to none. Over the past two weeks, I contacted Pittsburgh Pet Fence twice. The first time, Candy worked with me over the phone to diagnose and resolve the root cause of the problem over the phone to help me avoid incurring the expense. Earlier this week, I called again. Candy and Ed worked with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem. Again, they were trying to save me from potentially incurring the unnecessary expense of a home visit and to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. In both recent customer service calls, not only were timely resolution and unnecessary expenses top of mind by Candy and Ed they also responded to my calls in a very timely manner, with a positive attitude and with respect. If your family is like ours, we count on the safety of our dogs everyday from the protection provided by the fence. Therefore, timely service is a must. "Fabulous overall: great pet fence quality, professional and seamless installation, user friendly interface, top notch training. Our dogs were seriously trained within a day, and they're not the brightest pups. Almost a week out now and they don't even get near the flags. "We are incredibly happy with the fence. The owner is flexible with scheduling, so we were able to get an estimate and consider our options quickly. He also understood my concern about our dog getting out. He offered good advice, and he and his wife are lovely people. When he removed the old fence and dug to set the posts for the new one, he carefully leveled everything out to remove any "launching point" my dog could use to jump the fence. In fact, everything was restored so beautifully that it was hard to imagine someone had just ripped out a fence and installed a new one. The fence is stunning and looks like it's always been there with no disruption to the landscape. I waited a few months before writing a review to ensure there were no unexpected problems. There were none. I also did price comparisons. The pricing is competitive and the quality of product and installation exceeds other companies. This is an excellent company."

"<p>After reading other reviews on Dogwatch, Jack and his team seemed like a no-brainer.  You don't get raving fans by screwing up.  </p> <p>I called and set up an appointment with Jack...who showed up a few days later right on time.  He has been doing this a long time...explained the process, how it works, what his company provides, a layout of the fence and the estimate.  We set up the appointment that day for December 4th.</p> <p>Randy showed up and installed the fence that morning...Jack showed up that afternoon to train two of our dogs...an easy process.  One of our dogs is a rescued Chihuahua...so for anyone wondering if this works for small dogs...it certainly does.</p> <p>Almost 3 weeks later and I have no idea how we lived without this fence.  As others have written...opening the door and letting the dogs have run of the yard is awesome.  I, along with my husband, had untied both dogs on several occasions...in snow, sleet and rain!  Now it's simply open the door...and let them have fun!</p> <p>Bella and Zorro couldn't be happier...we opted not to have our 3rd dog trained since he is old, blind, and quite frankly moves pretty slow.  But surprisingly...he pretty much just hangs out where the others are...(I think they told him not to cross the flags!)</p> <p>If you are considering having this done...I would certainly recommend it...you won't regret it...and why not use Dogwatch...they really are awesome!</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
