There was a small equipment issue (I heard Joe fighting with his cutter, and anyone with a mechanic in their life understands that this is par for the course lol), but the final product turned out great! He even factored in the unique positioning required for the lock to work best, taking into account the natural shape of the old wooden door and its glass window. The price was beyond reasonable (dare I say downright affordable!) and the time it took was less than projected. ‘Under budget’ for both time and money is a dream to everyone looking for services! "Had two runs in the wall to repair - one where a gas line was run to a fireplace conversion, and one where the plumber replaced some water pipe along another wall and tugged on the connecting pipe, cracking the plaster. The walls had different surfaces (smooth and textured), and both look fantastic now - like they had never been damaged. They also used the leftover paint from when we painted the room to mix in the plaster without leaving any obvious color differences. They even trimmed the cabinet door where the cracked plaster was to better fit the new pipe length."
