"This was my first time to hire 5-Star. I can confidently say there’s a reason the company is called 5-Star. She did EXCELLENT work. Our bunkhouse is 40 years old and has not been this clean and tidy since day one. Even the cleaning items under the sink were tidy and organized. I’ll never use another cleaning service as long as Kayla is available."

"The one time cleaning was very thorough. It took a little more time, but a good job was done. Sonia was the best. I decided to have her come twice a month. Thank you Sonia."

My philosophy when it comes to work is simple: I give every ounce of my effort, 100% of the time, to being the very best at anything and everything I do. I’ve been cleaning hotel rooms, homes, schools, and other businesses for almost 7 years now and I absolutely LOVE the feeling of a freshly cleaned space. My customers keep booking with me because I am extremely attentive to detail, and they value my friendly, trustworthy, and highly efficient service. I can’t wait to provide top notch, A-1 cleaning services to interested homes and businesses. I can’t wait to hear from you!

"I was very pleased with the efficiency and time management they put into the cleaning services. I needed the apartment thoroughly cleaned before the new tenant moved in and they managed to accommodate my needs. They did such a good and thorough cleaning job that the apartment gave an impression of being remodeled. They are very accommodating and I highly recommend their services."

"My experience with this cleaning company was top notch. On time, respectful, and professional. She made sure to check every task off the list I had, plus more. I requested carpet cleaning and the rooms that have carpets be cleaned. There wasn?t one piece of furniture untouched. Her prices are reasonable and she was available when I needed her. I highly recommend this cleaning company. Five stars isn?t enough."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Kayla who was exceptionally communicative, easy to work with, and incredibly accommodating of my pace due to my disabilities. Her empathetic and non-judgmental demeanor made the entire process stress-free and comfortable for me. She understood my specific needs, making my home feel clean and serene, which is invaluable. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a considerate and efficient cleaner."

"Talk about excellence!!!!!!! She took our home that we were moving into and turned it into a diamond!!!!!!! Seriously! The most thorough cleaning job we've ever had done. We look forward to her coming each time she does. Thanks Pam!"

"Overall it went well. They arrived on time and got the jobs done quickly. The gutters are now clean and the windows mostly clean. I say "mostly" as the process they use involves cleaning them with a brush on a long pole that has builtin water jets. They claim the water they use is purified, and certainly I saw a filter in line with the hose pipe. This process gets all the dirt off the window but does leave some water spots behind. It is certainly a cheap way to clean the windows but doesn't give perfect results (but then, I've yet to see perfect results from any window washer)."

"I love working with this company! I have been using them for about two years now. They are very friendly and I feel extremely trustworthy.  They will do anything I ask them to, most of the time without extra cost, unless it's a big job.  Normal cleaning for my house, which I have done every two weeks, includes dusting/polishing all surfaces (the blinds too), vacuuming (sometimes shampooing), the bathrooms (toilets, tubs, floors, counters and mirrors), the kitchen (counters, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and floor), and finally cleaning my hard wood and tile floors.  All of that for a very reasonable price.
