"Bob came to our home to give us a quote for the work and was very friendly and professional. The quote was a little higher than the over-the-phone estimates I received from a few other companies but we prefer not to use larger franchise companies for home repairs. When we decided to move forward with Bob's Home Repair, he scheduled us about 3-4 weeks out. He called the next week and said he could fit us in much earlier. He contracted the work out to a man ( I can't remember his name) who spoke very highly of Bob and his business. The man was very friendly and did great work. He was thorough and polite and made sure to communicate with us about what repairs he made. He gave us some pointers in regard to the repairs that will be very helpful when we replace our roof down the road. He had to use a roof jack because our roof is very steep and there is not much traction with our older shingles. He sealed up any holes that he had to make to install the roof jack. He made sure to answer all of our questions and was pleasant to deal with. The dormer window now looks better than it did when we bought the house 8 months ago. <br />"

Brad and his team were phenomenal to work with and they helped us design a living space that was a perfect fit for our needs. The price quote was broken down really well so we knew exactly what the costs were and where we could go higher or lower depending on what we wanted. The renovation added almost 700 square feet of comfortable living space that is well lit for reading or games or can be darkened when watching movies on the big screen. They even incorporated built-in shelving that enhances functionality of the space while giving it unique character. The project ran about 11 weeks, but that included several busy holidays and they were very transparent about other commitments. Renovations this large are bound to hit snags, but their excellent communication and proactive nature meant the issues were small and resolved quickly to our satisfaction. "They painted our house, replaced siding and wood that were in poor shape, caulked nail holes and other spots. They were on time, worked hard when they were here, acted professionally. The owner of the paint company came by 3-4 times daily while the crew was working. The owner of the paint company explained exactly what they were going to do and why. "They were on time and very professional. They were almost spot on with their time estimate, their bid price was the actual price. There were no surprises when it can time to settle. They were about to install the door opening to the left rather than the right, like the previous door. Once I pointed it out, they apologized for their oversight and quickly corrected the issue. The screen doors locking mechanism does no seem to be installed correctly, I did no notice until after they left. I will probably have them come back to correct. They cleaned up their mess for the most part but overlooked some things here and there that I had to clean up. I ordered a door that was about an inch and a quarter too small, I thought they should of noticed since they measured before picking up the door I ordered. They did install insulation and a new border to cover up the gap. Overall I think they did a good job and plan on hiring them back again in the near future. They are not cheap, but all of their guys seemed very professional and well spoken."
