"The job was performed very well in construction and clean up. Phone calls to the main office were answered promptly but thats where the support trailed off Followup seems to be lacking. The quote was requested to be resent with the with the final invoice but after 3 requests never did show up. Acreage farm missed a few appointments/were late in meetings that involved other contractors so we get on the same page. Construction and cleanup went very well and the Arbor looks great. After construction they never followed up by way of a walkdown with us or called to see if the job went well. They never did provide the follow up infomation we asked for to allow to complete our insurance claim prior to the final billing or after (still waiting). Since this has to be turned into the insurance it has left us hanging. <br /> They get an A for quality and workmanship but a much lower grade for customer service expectations during and after the job paperwork wise. Guess they just don't like paper work but like to build quality. <br />"

"I have been a Monarch Fence customer for almost 30 years. That is when they put up my fence around my pool. Boy, thinking back that sounds like a long time ago, but it has gone by very fast. I still have the same fence up. granted it has needed some TLC during that time but Monarch and Keith were always just a phone call away. I guess you can get the idea,,,why change horses when you are riding a winner!!!"

"The owner Dan was very professional and thorough. He went over everything with us in great detail that his crew would be doing before starting the job. He has an eye for detail and was very helpful offering suggestions for paint color and what would look nice. His paint crew spent time replacing rotted wood, siding pieces and fascia first. Other companies never offered or even suggested to repair parts of our house before painting. Aabex did an extremely thorough job and they went above and beyond what we expected. We are so happy with the way everything turned out. We highly recommend Aabex."

"I contacted 4 companies for bids. One doesn't do wood fences, one turned out not to be local (glitch in the system made it appear as local). Cardinal and one other sent out estimators within a few days. Cardinal was slower to provide the actual quote--actually, I had to call them, and it turned out they had questions. A couple days later, I got the quote in the mail. (The other company e-mailed their quote right after they did the estimate--but forgot to put an actual quote, saying how much the job would cost, on it. Even after reminders, they never provided this info.) Since Cardinal had good reviews, and they provided me with an actual quote which was about what I expected, I went with them. <br /> Cardinal had told me they'd be able to start work 1-1.5 weeks after receiving my signed acceptance. A few days after sending it in, the utility marking people came out and marked my yard, so I knew things were in process--though I hadn't heard from Cardinal what day they'd be out to do the work. Finally, I called them, since the neighbors have dogs and would need to know. This was on a Friday, and they said they'd start work on Monday, weather permitting. <br /> They came out on Monday, tore down the old fence, dug holes, and put the new posts in the holes. The next day, they poured the concrete to set the posts. The following Monday, they built the new fence. The workers were polite and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves, and the dirt that came out of the new holes was spread in low spots in my yard--so saved me some work in dealing with those spots myself! The fence looks great, the both gates work! <br /> Cardinal's timeline was better than the other company that gave me a and quot;quoteand quot;--both in terms of when they could start the job, and time elapsed from start to finish. Also, Cardinal didn't ask for a penny until the job was finished. The other company wanted 60% before they would start. Cardinal didn't require any prep work of me (trimming bushes, for example), which the other company would have. All in all, a much better deal. <br /> My only complaint was communication. As mentioned, I didn't get the quote until I called them, and they didn't contact me to say when they'd start the job. That's why I marked them down in Responsiveness. <br /> Overall, I'm very happy. I'd use Cardinal again, and would recommend them."

"We had a really excellent experience with this company. Our home had a hand rail that was probably original to the house, so about 20 years old, and was rusted and falling over. It was unsafe and didn't look too great. We had Omarail replace it with a safer, sturdier and more attractive rail. My inquiry to their office staff was answered quickly and professionally and they patiently explained my options and the benefits of an aluminum railing over other materials. They came out and measured and provided a quote and were very helpful with suggestions (they recommended a textured finish on the railing, which was a great call). Installation was prompt and done perfectly. It looks so much nicer, we feel like the curb appeal of our home has increased a lot, not to mention safety. We've already recommended them to neighbors who are now jealous of our railing. :)  <br>"

"<p>I requested a bid and nobody answered so I requested again.  They came out and gave me a bid and I requested a modification but they never responded.  I told them that I was down to three companies but they never got back with me so I went with someone else.  Once I got hold of someone on the phone everything went well.  They did a nice diagram of the yard, the terms of the contract were very clear, but I was disappointed with the communication.  I was worried that I would have a problem getting hold of them if I had given them the job and there was a problem.  I would suggest putting communications terms in the contract.  Everything I read said that they were a professional company, but I guess they are more interested in big jobs.</p>"

"Expensive. Expect to pay pay pay for their services. The last straw was when their wire broke and they told us that an appointment would be a minimum of two weeks and our dogs were already through the property line. I finally went to Menards and bought an over the counter system and just replace the line every 6 months for less than $100.00"

"Did an excellent job after the Tornado last year considering that I was late in the game and just before Halloween to get the re-roof done. Their group of installers was very professional, despite snow falling on them. I highly recommend them. Beware as they can be hard to get ahold of.....they're that busy!"
