"I had storm damage on my roof that had caused my ceiling to collapse in places. After reviewing different companies I chose three and filled out online submissions for quotes. Within an hour Tom had contacted me and gathered all the general information. The other two companies never responded at all. The next day Wes showed up and inspected our roof and ceilings. He took photographs and covered everything with me. The next day Tom sent me some of the photos saying it looked like a great opportunity for homeowners insurance to cover some of the damage. I had not even considered that. Tom walked me through the insurance claim and also dealing with the insurance company which was not always easy. In the end insurance covered practically everything. The work was flawless by the crews who worked on my house. New roof, new vinyl siding with fascia and trim. New gutters. My house completely transformed. Bob the Builder is Amazing!"

"Guardian exceeded my expectations. They responded quickly to my inquiry. They came out the next day to estimate the repair costs. Angelo scheduled and was able to fit me in their schedule within a few days. The crew that came for the repair were all very professional and wore booties to protect interior flooring when they needed to pass through my condo. I would hire Guardian again if we need any more roofing repairs in the future."

"Where everyone was trying to get me to replace my roof Chris came out and looked at my roof found a problem and was able to repair it. He is really kind and polite and tries to find the best solution, easy to work with and not a pushy salesman. He stands behind his work. On the day he came out, he came early to beat the rain that was coming that day. This is how contractors should be."

"We had been dealing with a roof leak at our home and had several different companies come out to give us quotes. Unfortunately, replacing the entire roof was not within our budget. All Available Roofs was the only company willing to work with us and provide a reasonable solution to repair the roof. We are extremely happy with the work! Brandon was very professional, honest, and communicative. He explained exactly what work needed to be done and made sure we understood everything before completing the repairs. Since the repair, we’ve had several rainstorms and, thankfully, not a single leak! We truly appreciate the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. We highly recommend All Available Roofs to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company!"

Mr. Nisley checked to ensure that everything was too my satisfaction and it surpassed my expectation. I was extremely happy with the work Mr. Nisley and his crew performed. "Devan was the project manager who came to closeout my original roof project. He then noticed that because I had gotten a metal roof that it was recommended I upgrade my gutter system. From start to finish Devan has been fantastic. Staying in constant communication and answering all my calls and texts. Even handling every lil issue I had and making sure I was nothing but satisfied. Even taking the time on his last day in The production department(he was promoted, as he should be) to come closeout my gutter. Devan and Caleb and all the home Genius employees are the reason that this company truly is a different t experience. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so because of the great people that they staff. . P.S Give Devan a raise. Better yet make him CEO. In all seriousness this is an amazing company and you should call them for any need you have."

"He inspected entire area around the chimney. Found a few spots that could be the leak source so he repaired all of them. Carefully removed the old shingles, put down a rubber membrane snow and ice barrier and then put down new shingles. So far problem seems to have been resolved. He is very meticulous in his work and does whatever is necessary to do the job right. Would definitely hire again."
