"My deck showed some rotting and needed repair. I hired David to fix the problem. He also noticed some rotting around my front door. For a very reasonable price all work was completed in a completely satisfactory, courteous, and timely manner. David removed all waste materials and cleaned all areas. I would definitely hire him again."

"The Marcelo oversaw the entire project and worked with his team to ensure the best quality. We reviewed the whole project beforehand and agreed on all details. Then he gave us a proposed price which he achieved on time, exactly on the agreed price. The repair include some complex carpentry repair, much high-ladder work and detail painting. Everything was done perfectly.. Our final "punch-list" had only two small items which they took care of immediately. I strongly recommend PR Painting"

"Aurelio and his team replaced our front porch which was rotted. They came early to start the day's work. The finished project was just what we wanted. The price was reasonable and because Aurelio has a large team, he was able to allocate the appropriate number of resources to get the job done on time. My father also needed his front porch stairs and railings replaced. Aurelio and team started that work the day he quoted. When the team is finished, you wouldn't know they were there-they leave the space clean of any work debris."

"Osmin and his crew did a great job replacing our wooden deck with composite. They were very thorough with the work. Always gave us daily updates. Finished the work on time and within budget. Nice to work with. Overall a good experience. Would definitely hire again and recommend to others."

"Very responsive, professional and did an excellent job. Scope included connecting water runoff from house, trenching a drain pipe away from the house, installing materials to spec and accommodated a late request for us to remove shrubs in the way to prep for spring flowers. Highly recommend and will work with again."

"My experience with this company was amazing right from the phone call to set up quote appt all the way to the very end. The crew was very punctual, neat, precise and always had the customer in mind. I am so pleased with the deck addition as well as the remodeling of our porches. Wonderful company! Would hire again for other home projects on the future."

"used Moises to sand seal multiple decks and stairways as well as some roof repair and new seamless aluminum gutter installation: everything done promptly, very professionally and neatly at a fair price. He and his crew work hard we are very neatâ ¦can not wait to hire him again! Did not feel i got the Marblehead Neck Premium pricing. other contractors giveâ ¦"

"I hired him to repair my old shed for over $5,000, and he did an excellent job!"

"My lawn needed a good dethatching, and when the crew arrived, the lawn was still wet. Instead of rushing the job, they came back later in the day and dethatched it once it had dried — exactly the way it should be done. Most landscapers would not have taken that extra step. They also edged the beds and added fresh mulch and compost. The crew was professional, attentive, and very responsive to my needs throughout the entire project. By far the best job done on my property in years at a fair price."

"They were the only contractor willing to repair the roof rather than replace all or a large part of it. The job was rescheduled, but only by less than a week, and was completed in two days. The work uncovered a larger but still limited area that needed replacement, which we agreed to include. They were neat and, as far as I can tell, did a very good job."
