Of course, I had more gutters to clean then the discounted price allowed--not surprised, a lot of Angie's vendors do this, so I ended up paying an extra $100.

That being said, the work was professional, thorough, and was impressed with the finished product.  Kris was the person who performed the work and he communicated, was knowlegdable, and went the extra mile to assure that the gutters were cleaned.  He gives the company a good reputation and I appreciated his customer service.

On the day they scheduled to start, they were here at 7:50 a.m., and on my roof by 8 a.m. They had a crew of five and kept hard at it for several days until complete and cleaned up (they also did a basic clean up at the end of each day prior). There was a price adjustment upon confirmation of additional plywood required, but it was reasonable and discussed in advance during the estimate. The gutter crew showed up the next day after the roof was finished and removed old / installed new seamless gutters with additional downspouts for proper drainage. I'm happy with the work performed and the price paid."

"Castle called to set up measurements for window manufacture. Their rep showed up on time and was a relatively quick procedure to measure. They called again once windows were ready to install, to set up installation date. Superb job performed by the removal/install team. They called the day before their arrival and then again the morning of arrival. Went straight to work and were productive from start to finish. I had two sets of double windows replaced with double slider windows and you cannot tell the new windows frames are different from what was originally installed. Thoroughly cleaned the work area, to my satisfaction, when they were done. The only problem was they provided only half screens instead of full screens for the double sliders, however they rectified this when informed."
