"Mattress was removed and assistance given with setting up new mattress. Emails were answered promptly. Price quote given for reasonable amount.. When called to make an an appointment after arrival of new mattress, person arrived in 20 minutes. Worker was friendly, courteous and helpful. We were pleased that mattress would be re-cycled."

"Great! they came when they said (for once someone didn't arrive an hour early to my horror) and had loaded and were heading out in a matter of maybe 10-15 minutes or less? they even skipped a piece they thought wasn't supposed to go (a video projector) which i did have them take, but appreciated them not assuming and taking it accidentally. they did a great job.
ONLY gripe possible is the fact when i called to arrange the pickup they answered like a regular phone call and I thought i had a wrong number. Usually when you call a business or service, the phone is answered "Thank you for calling (business name) " or something like that. Answering "hello?" is neither professional nor helpful. But that is a minor gripe, not reflective of the caliber of their actual service.

"Called and set up appointment to have them come and give estimate to haul junk items. On day of appointment they actually arrived early and looked over items. Gave me what I thought was a reasonable estimate to remove junk (which they said would fill about 1/4 of the truck) and I agreed to the job. They went right to work and had all items loaded within 30-45 minutes and were on their way. Only minor issue I had was noticing that some packing peanuts had blown out of empty shipping boxes, which ended up scattering across the lawn."
