They showed up when promised and cleaned not only the siding, but the foundation,roof facia, roof shingles and our shed. <br /> On the itemized estimate/bill the roof shingles and shed should have been an extra charge. We did not ask to have them done, so I was prepared for an arguement. To our very pleasant surprise we were not charged for the extra services. He said they did the extra services in hopes of good word of mouth and perhaps some future business. Smart businessman! <br /> The were fast, efficient and did not ruin any plantings that were close to the house.
