"While there were some challenges with individuals on this project and it went over on its schedule, we are ultimately very happy with the quality and price of this installation. While Elizabeth wasn't on the actual installation team, she was a key team member in helping us discuss the financing of this project. She was fantastic and a true asset to this organization. I also wanted to note that Tipping Hat did cover the repair when the electrician had to unexpectedly put a hole in our drywall. It took some prodding on our part, but they did follow through. "We thought our 13-year-old water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Our house is almost 100 years old, so we have called At Your Service Plumbing several times for snaking slow drains and the like, always with quick and affordable results. This time, Eduardo came out and said that the water heater was fine, and the leak was coming from a poorly-installed and now broken coupler between two hoses.
