Because the fence hadn't been working for so long, my dog needed a little refreshing on the boundaries. The technician spent time helping me retrain her and adjusting the shock strength so we could use the minimal amount required to keep her in the yard. Do not get this company confused with Invisible Fence of Orlando. IF of Central Florida spent more time on this service call than IF of Central Florida ever has and charged me less than IF of Orlando ever did and were pleasant to deal with."
