"I couldn’t be happier with Amir, I am glad that I found him. I’ve been dealing with many contractors and they all have been unprofessional, dirty, and they slowly neglect the job to work elsewhere, leaving mine incomplete. I’ve had to be on top of them just to get the work done, they would usually show up when it was time to get paid. I had lost faith with all contractors, that is until I found Amir. He is the opposite of what I’ve dealt with, professional, to the point, honest and works cleanly. He recently paved a four garage driveway. He got the job done so quick, that my head still spinning, not only that, when I showed him the respective area, he took the measurements, got on his phone to run some numbers, and made an impromptu quote. We picked the dates and the job got done. No B.S. no chasing after Amir. DONE!!. He is currently working on a historical home for me. I will come back and add additional details about my experience with Amir once the whole job is completed, but, as of right now, I am extremely happy. The work is getting done, and quickly. The foundation work started with in a couple of days after we signed the contract. If this was a different contractor, I can positively say that I would still be waiting for the work to begin. If you want to have a horrible experience, do not hire Amir, because you will only have a good, professional experience. Amazing work Amir."

Their "Finisher" put in more time putting a perfect finish on, than it took to pour and level all the concrete. I would call him a perfectionist, and he lives up to that. "We had a "garden" style 4" thick slumpstone block wall across our backyard at our Simi Valley home that had shifted on it's foundation, and was leaning outward away from our property. A neighbor that shares the wall with us got 4 quotes from local wall contractors. After the contractor we chose to do the work backed out due to a family problem, I searched for a new wall contractor, as I didn't like the other 3 bids. I am extremely happy that I found Robert Palacios Masonry. When Bob came the very next day to view the wall and give us a quote, I knew right away that Bob was the right person to rebuild our wall. None of the other 4 contractors knew what type of wall we had, nor what was the best way to restore it. Only Bob recognized right away that we had a "Proto II" wall, which is a light weight, quickly built wall that is built without rebar, and instead held together in a "post-tension" manner using threaded rods, and only mortar between the blocks. Bob told me this type of wall should not have been built on a slope grade, nor had any dirt or trees up against it. A previous owner had put in a 2' tall planter box with trees. Bad idea by them! Bob rebuilt the lower portion of the wall using 8" wide blocks, making it a true retaining wall that extends just above the planter. This saved us from having to demolish and remove our stone planter box. He epoxied in rebar posts on 24" centers inside the 8" blocks, and filled all of them with mortar cement. The top portion was rebuilt using the 4" wide blocks that his crew carefully saved when the wall was dismantled. This made the newly rebuilt top portion blend into the surrounding walls, so it didn't have a "new wall" look that unpleasantly stuck out. We also had a portion of our side wall rebuilt at the same time, and in the same manner I just described. Both look great, and as if they are the original walls. Bob and his crew are top notch professionals that were on time, clean, courteous to our adjacent neighbors, and did the job exactly as agreed upon in the time quoted, and at the price stated. No ups and extras. You could not find a better wall construction, rebuild, and repair company than Robert Palacios Masonry. Would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Bob!"

Tom and Adam and the team not only gave me peace of mind moving forward with drainage, put in gutters, and re-did the entire exterior of my home (stained wood and stucco), but made it beyond beautiful!! They were communicative, timely, so easy to work with, and the end product is gorgeous. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a construction project done and can't wait to use them again on my next project!!"
